Acts 8 - The Scattered Church

Writer's picture: Grace VineyardGrace Vineyard

Mark continues the Book of Acts series, looking at Chapter 8. The church in Jerusalem comes under persecution and is scattered. Is this the work of the devil, or does God use this persecution to see the beginning of The Great Commission come about? Mark asks the question, "Is the Covid-19 pandemic from the devil trying to kill and destroy the church?" With the church no longer in the building, how is that affecting the church? What can we learn from parallels between Acts 8 and today?
