8:00 pm: Fruits of the Spirit - Growing to be more like Jesus - Connect Group
7 November 2017 –
How does God go about painting a portrait of a saint? His canvas is the heart of the one who is redeemed. The colours He puts on His palette are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility and self-control. The model He uses is Jesus, in whom every quality is seen to perfection and wonderfully balanced by every other. All God asks is that you hold still - that you stop trying and start trusting. Do this and, in the truest sense of the word, you will become a saint and bear fruit that will last and glorify Him.
We intend to run this group as a classic 'home group' with time for worship, bible study, discussion and prayer.

8:00 pm: All the places to go...how will you know? - Connect Group
8 November 2017 –
Very rarely in the Bible does God command someone to "stay". He opens a door, and then he invites us to walk through it - with him, into the unknown. And how we choose to respond will ultimately determine the lives we will lead, the people we will become, and also the lives of those around us.
In this Connect Group we will watch videos and use material by best-selling author John Ortberg to help open our eyes to the countless open doors God places before us every day, teach us how to recognise them, and give us the encouragement to step out in faith and embrace all of the extraordinary opportunities that await. So, as we look at Journeys this term, why not go ahead and walk through this door, this invitation to learn to walk where the Lord is leading you.

8:00 pm: Prayer Walking Purley – Intercession on Location - Praying On-Site with Insight
9 November 2017 –
God is stirring us to take our prayers beyond the walls of our church buildings. As we put feet to our prayers, we’re beginning to pray with huge kingdom-sized hope for Purley and the surrounding areas.
We will be praying for the people and places of Purley to see the presence and power of God released.
To release the Kingdom of God and spiritual freedom and prosperity to our neighbours and neighbourhoods.
Each week we will prayer walk a different area of Purley and hopefully by the end of the connect group we will have covered most of Purley. During the rest of the week feel free to prayer walk your street and pray for the people who live closest to you.

10:30 am: Sunday Morning Worship
12 November 2017 –
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING OUR SUNDAY SERVICE
Our morning church service usually last about an hour and a half. The morning service starts at 10:30am. We like to keep things simple and informal, so no need to come all suited up, just whatever you feel most comfortable in.
We start with a welcome and some announcements, followed by a time of worship, midway through the worship we pray for and release the kids to go out to Kid's Ministry, we then worship some more. Then there’s a talk based on the bible and our experiences of following Jesus that’s practical and relevant to everyday life. After the talk, there’s an opportunity to be prayed for.
